Isabelle's blog, Computational Revolution, was inspired by her mentors, Professor David Mimno and PhD Candidate Laure Thompson. She took a course with them both in Fall 2017, Text Mining for History and Literature, where she first discovered her appreciation for Digital Humanism and learned the basic tools necessary for this project. Isabelle is so lucky to have found research that perfectly blends her two principal fields of study -- learn more about her project here.

Isabelle spent the past summer as a Market Research & UX Intern at Check Point Software Technologies in Tel Aviv. She had the best summer of her life doing what she loved - working in high tech during the day and exploring the city at night.

On campus, Isabelle is the President of the Cornell Democrats. She is passionate about women's reproductive rights, environmental issues, and general principles of economic, political, and social justice.
